- Completed business credit application and financial statement.
- Last two years corporate federal income tax returns.
- Last two years business balance sheets and income statements.
- Interim balance sheets and income statements current to end of last quarter.
- Personal financial statement and signed personal federal tax returns on last two years for owner/principals
of company if said person(s) are co-lessees or guarantors.
This may not be necessary for strong and established companies.
