time SynTec has provided safe transportation for school children by producing more than 2 million seats!
SynTec spent several years to design, develop, test and certify a seat specifically designed to meet the needs of the California Lap / Shoulder belt market. The M2K
family of Lap / Shoulder seats represent state of the art engineering that has revolutionized school bus seating in all Thomas bus models. The M2K seating system is
available in 30", 36", 39" and 45" widths. They can also be configured with Integrated Child Seats, Flip Seats and ISO latched in all the popular vinyl types and
colors.
The M2K family of seats offers the end user with serviceability not offered by any competitor. The M2K comes standard with a zippered back cover which allows service
personnel to remove just the very back portion of the seat back cover in the event it is cut or damaged. There is no need to remove the entire cover saving you time
and money! These covers are readily available from your Thomas dealer. Your shop personnel will happy to be able to change a cut seat back in the bus in under 5
minutes.
Ease of service is also evident in replacing the M2K seat cushion cover. The M2K cushion cover was designed without staples! It is held in place with “J” clips and

SCR is the mainstream technology that 90% of all North American on-highway engine and vehicle manufacturers chose to meet 2010 emissions standards: Daimler Trucks, Cummins Inc., Detroit Diesel, GM, Isuzu, Volvo, Paccar, Hino and Mack. It's proven.
